A Complete View of Your Blood Pressure Patterns
Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM) records your blood pressure over a full 24-hour cycle, including during sleep. A small, portable monitor is worn throughout the day, taking readings at regular intervals to capture real-time changes.
This method offers a more accurate and comprehensive picture than single clinic readings, which can be influenced by stress, activity, or temporary fluctuations. ABPM is particularly useful when blood pressure readings are inconsistent or when hypertension is suspected but not confirmed.
What We Offer
- Persistent hypertension
- White-coat hypertension (high readings only in clinics)
- Masked hypertension (normal in clinic, high at home)
- Nocturnal hypertension
- Medication effectiveness
Why It’s Important
ABPM helps clinicians detect early cardiovascular risk, tailor medication timing and dosage, and monitor the true pattern of blood pressure throughout your daily routine. It supports more precise diagnosis, prevention, and long-term heart health management.
